Sheraton San Jose Hotel, Costa Rica

The buffet is so good! My boyfriend and I love it. The room is very big and you don’t hear anything for outside. The bed was also very comfy and big. I asked for a king size bed instead of two queens and the receptionist was able to help me. Overall I am very pleased with these hotels and will continue booking in my future trips. Also I need to mention the staff was very friendly and the cocktails are excellent and not overpriced. The gym is good equipped.

Location, friendliness, and comfort were A-1, Paulette at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. We loved everything about the property! Location is great, close to the beach and good cafes but still remote to don’t hear the street noise. The decor of the accommodation and its surroundings were impeccable with plenty of privacy. And the host Spyros was so welcoming and helpful, definetely worth 5⭐️

Very comfortable bed and nice breakfast. Rooms are spacious and very clean, staff were helpful.

Lots of dining options/good food, casino in the hotel, a nice gym and upper level pool, very good pricing compared to what one would pay in US or Canada.
